From enquiry to aftercare.
General terms for using this website and arranging pump services with Booster Pumps. Updated 23 October 2026.
Contact and scope
These terms relate to boosterpumps.ie and services arranged with Booster Pumps. Contact info@boosterpumps.ie or 083 206 3931. Our published service base is Terenure, Dublin 6, Ireland. The specific supplier details, scope, charges and other required information for your job should be provided with your quotation or booking confirmation before you commit.
These general terms do not replace the agreed quotation, booking details or any mandatory consumer information. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
Enquiries, quotations and bookings
Sending a website enquiry does not itself confirm an appointment or agree a price. Availability, attendance time, call-out or assessment charges, the work proposed, parts and the total price must be confirmed for the individual job. Estimates depend on the information available and may require an on-site assessment.
Any additional work or change in price should be explained and agreed before it is carried out. Do not assume that telephone advice establishes the cause of a fault or guarantees that a particular repair is possible.
Access and safe working
Please provide accurate contact, location and pump details, and tell us about access restrictions or known hazards before the visit. A responsible person should be available to provide access and approve any agreed work. Work may need to be rescheduled or revised if access or safe working conditions are unavailable; discuss any implications before confirming the booking.
Do not open electrical covers, touch wet electrical equipment or repeatedly reset a tripping circuit. Website information is general guidance and cannot replace an assessment of your installation.
Parts, completion and payment
Repair suitability and completion times depend on the fault, system condition and parts availability. Replacement equipment must match the installation. Payment methods, due dates and any deposit must be stated in the job-specific quotation or confirmation. This page does not impose an undisclosed deposit, cancellation fee or payment penalty.
Changing or cancelling a booking
Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel a visit. Any proposed cancellation charge must be disclosed before you agree the booking and must comply with applicable consumer law.
Where Irish law provides a cooling-off period for a distance or off-premises contract, that right applies subject to the relevant conditions and exceptions. The applicable cancellation information and instructions must be provided before the contract. Starting work during that period requires the legally required request and information; starting work does not automatically remove every cancellation right.
Different rules can apply to a specifically requested urgent repair, and that exception does not automatically cover additional services or unrelated goods. To give notice of cancellation, email info@boosterpumps.ie with your name, address, booking or contract details and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You may also use another legally valid method.
Warranty and problems with work
Our published website advertises a one-year warranty on repairs, servicing and replacements, with longer cover on certain replacement models. The applicable written warranty and manufacturer conditions should be confirmed for your job. A commercial warranty is additional to, and does not replace or restrict, statutory rights.
If there is a problem, contact us with your booking or invoice details, a description of the issue and relevant photos where safe. We will use those details to assess the concern and discuss the appropriate next step. Your remedies under applicable consumer law remain available.
Website content and reviews
Website content is general information; product selection and diagnosis depend on the actual installation. Brand names belong to their respective owners and do not by themselves imply an authorised manufacturer relationship.
Customer testimonials are presented with their stated source. Any cards marked “demo” or “fictional” are layout examples, not real reviews, and do not form an overall business rating. The reviews page is not a Google review feed.
Privacy, responsibility and applicable law
See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for website data information. No provision excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes a consumer remedy. Irish law applies where applicable, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or rights to use an appropriate court.
These terms may be updated for future website use and bookings. Changes do not retrospectively vary an existing agreement without a lawful basis.
